Multi-instrumentalist, singer song-writer and producer Harry Heart knows how to blend big guitars with an electronic DIY flavour. A British-Australian artist, he embraces duality. Refined yet messy. Traditional yet inventive. His flare for electronic music with hints of heavy guitar shows influence from St Vincent and James Blake. Now he's venturing into Web3, embracing the NFT space and blockchain technology, whatever that means?

After appearing at Beautiful Days Festival and releasing singles ‘Can’t Be Led’  and ‘Walden’  earlier this year, Harry Heart is back with 'Loud Mouth', the third music NFT sold from his 'Cambistry' NFT album. He explains how the NFT side of things works on his website.

Heart is a strong advocate for independent artists. He released 'Loud Mouth' on his own label Strange Method Music Group and uses the label’s resources to aid his peers in Britain, Australia and anywhere in between.

Loud Mouth’ began on Australian soil, and was brought to fruition in the UK. Initially written in Sydney as an indie rock track, Heart morphed the tune into something cutting-edge in Manchester. “I knew there was a strong story in there, but I wanted to tell it differently” Heart explains “so I added a lot of synthesisers and way more ferocity.” The song is a crossroads of Kanye’s production, a Blade Runner-ish cinematic quality, and potent lyricism akin to Death Cab for Cutie. “I’m fixated on mixing the gentle with the harsh” Heart says, which is all too evident in this exciting new single.

Since his return to the UK from Australia, the dual-national has featured on BBC Introducing’s Hot List, made his BBC 6 Music debut, performed alongside the likes of Maximo Park, The Dandy Warhols, Badly Drawn Boy, The Slow Readers Club, Lewis Watson and Radical Face and has clocked over 900,000 streams across Spotify, Apple Music and SoundCloud.

‘Loud Mouth' is out now on Strange Method, the third single from the sophomore album ‘Cambistry’.
